Overpriced and disappointing quality! I bought a pair of custom foot orthotics / CFO made by East Coast Orthotic & Prosthetic Corporation in the offices of NYU Podiatry on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The inserts are very uncomfortable and do not fit my shoes properly. I have tried but have not been able to get accustomed to wearing them. Very poor service. My daughter’s scoliosis brace took much longer to be fabricated, ordered in Sept came in Jan! New year new deductible so we had to pay full price out of pocket! Fast forward to this spring/summer and my other daughter new AFO’s came in and have needed adjustments since May and they still can’t schedule/figure it out! So very frustrating!! Would never recommend them!
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. They don’t even deserve one. I came to this business in early June for orthopedic shoes for my one and a half year-old to help correct his feet. During our first appointment on June 6, they took his measurements and assured us that they will put in the order and call us once it’s ready in a week or two.
