I had a big problem with "say/do". Said they could do a small part modification for my '10 GT(a few hours work). After two and a half weeks and half-dozen phone calls, they hasn't even started. Really deserve 0 stars.
Thank you ECM! My boys are Mustang owners/enthusiasts and you guys have saved them major $$$. Most recently {as in, TODAY!}, saved my son $1400.00 {based on estimate per Dealer} on a cooling system issue. The only reason we took his MachI to a dealer first was to see if the warranty he purchased would cover the repairs. It didn't, so the boys had it towed to East Coast yesterday.
