Excellent Customer Service
They’ve been pretty bad recently after some changes. Was quoted some equipment.Price was 1,000 more than what was quoted when I got there. Instead of honoring it they argued and argued. This establishment has gone down hill. I’ve stopped coming here unless I really need too. Go to any other supplier but here!
The Greensboro location’s staff are rude, unhelpful and provide conflicting stories. Customers receive conflicting stories about orders from staff and then their staff become hateful when pointing out their inconsistencies. Follow up to their corporate office results in a circular reference phone tree such that a customer cannot reach a human via telephone.
