The Greensboro location’s staff are rude, unhelpful and provide conflicting stories. Customers receive conflicting stories about orders from staff and then their staff become hateful when pointing out their inconsistencies. Follow up to their corporate office results in a circular reference phone tree such that a customer cannot reach a human via telephone. I 've got customers with registered Amana systems, I installed and I bought from East Coast. Now they want to replace their 2nd system and I can't buy Amana anymore. I end up looking bad, having to tell my customers I can not buy the equipment I've installed in their home to begin with. THANKS EAST COAST
