Staff are rude, unhelpful and provide conflicting stories. Customers receive conflicting stories about orders from staff and then their staff become hateful when pointing out their inconsistencies. Follow up to their corporate office results in a circular reference phone tree such that a customer cannot reach a human via telephone. After researching the CEO’s name I was finally able to leave a message while searching by name in their convoluted phone directory.
