I have been living in my apt for a little over two years now and early on my experience wasn't so great but the new staff is phenomenal. Ashley is always such a pleasure to speak with, so personable. Always ready and willing to come by and check out whatever issues I report and gets everything resolved quickly. Just want to say overall East Coast is a great management company considering all of my old experiences with previous management companies. Keep up the great work East Coast. If you decide to rent here just factor losing your security deposit into your budget and definitely don’t bother cleaning when you move out. They almost killed our pets because they used the wrong kind of tape to fix a gas leak, so when we first moved in the apartment was full of gas and we didn’t notice until it was almost too late. Then there was the chronic flooding that was never fixed. Then they stole our deposit because they knew we were moving out of state. Just know what you’re getting into.
