Had the company come out to redo my landscaping. They did exactly what I asked and had all equipment to do it. The crew was very nice and cleaned up behind themselves. I would hire again.
East coast has been the property management company for my condo association for over 10 years. I moved here 6 years ago and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I became the president 2 years ago and find them Very responsive, they work very hard to resolve issues the office staff are very friendly the property manager and owner are always available day and night to take care of problems or building concerns. I highly recommend them!!
East Coast has been our management company for some years now, and never have we had any issues. James, the owner, is a great listener, problem solver, and has always helped with anything from regular maintenance to helping come up with solutions for bigger issues. East Coast is the only management company we would use, and we’ve been with others.
