We used this company in Fort Lauderdale to take us to our hotel in Miami on Dec 14th We had a group 44 people. The driver was rude and very disrespectful. The way he spoke to the trip organizer was applauding. The drivers name was Ricardo. We were treated inhumanly. Ricardo refused to help us load our bags, turn on the AC, he kept hitting the breaks whenever we complained. Ricardo was the driver from hell.East Coast limousine need to reimburse us for the trauma we experienced!!!
Ich muss sagen, dass mich die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen etwas irritieren. Denn wir haben gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Unser Reisebüro hatte den Flughafentransfer bei East Coast Limousine gebucht. Wir wurden pünktlich am Hotel Zena in Washington abgeholt. Der Fahrer (leider habe ich seinen Namen vergessen ) wartete bereits vor dem Hotel auf uns. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Fahrzeug (Volvo) war super sauber. Wir haben uns während der Fahrt sicher gefühlt und uns gut mit dem Fahrer unterhalten.
