Jay and John at the warehouse on Horse Pasture Rd. are very helpful and they have always backed the products they sell. I have never had a bad experience with their customer service. These guys know what their talking about and are always willing to help out. Thanks guys!!

Horrible customer service at western branch store. First of all they wouldn't honor the original contract on a pool. Then when I needed to downgrade a size they were only going to refund the difference in price of pool and pocket the difference of the taxes. I told them I wanted my refund they posted it as store credit, like I would ever go back. So after waiting 3 weeks at least for my refund, now I find out they have not refunded me my money but withdrew the difference out of my checking account instead in which my bank ch... read more
If I could give them zero stars, I would! Worst place EVER! Always terrible customer service. They are awesome until you sign the papers to buy a pool, then forget about it. They treat you terribly afterwards. We have had nothing but problems with them since we bought our pool. If I could go back, I would DEFINITELY buy our pool someplace else! Buyers beware. Oh, BTW...they have a 3 day return policy and even if you go in within the 3 days, they will only give store credit. NO signs anywhere saying that all sales are final o... read more
They do not back their products. They admit it's under warranty, but claim the company is in China so they can't do anything about it. Out $600 for a table that literally exploded a couple of months after purchasing. They did nothing about it. Had the nerve to give me the name of the company in China and tell me to contact them. I didn't buy it in China, I bought it from them! We'll never deal with them again. Had other problems with them previously, but that was the final straw!
