Predatory Business Model!!! Stay Away. I prepaid for three services, which was all the work I ever wanted them to do. They then showed up and performed services that I didn't ask for and billed me for them. I didn't understand why I was getting a bill and asked. The response I got from East Coast Lawn is that I owed them money and I should ask their collections agency my questions. The customer responded to an offer in the Fall of 2020 and paid in advance for the remaining 3 services for the year that included a free lime application. On EVERY single invoice we left him (and all of our customers) it clearly states "For your convenience, service continues from season to season. For a change in service, please contact our office" As we have found over the years, sometimes customers don't read things carefully. If WE could give EAST Coast Lawn a negative "5" a we would. Not an accredited business. Red Flag! Montgomery County could not find a business license on file! Red Flag! "Mike" said he was the co-owner. If I was the other owner I would get rid of him! The technician burned our lawn and wants to blame it on us. Instead of Mike being professional and resolving the continued weeds and burns on our Zoysia grass, Mike chose to be indignant and used the "F" word 3 times before I corrected his abusive behavior! I told her that it would not be Friday because I had already set the schedule and that it would be early next week. That was after she threatened to write bad reviews and tell people we were not a good company. I asked her why she was being mean and nasty and that threats were not needed.
