PLEASE hire any other management company than East Coast…or…be sure to closely review all invoices and ask for receipts. If you ask questions, you can expect absolute deflection. And this is interesting… be prepared to receive a threatening legal email/letter from the owner, Ed Santiago, should you bring forward any criticism about ECI to the Board members.
