Great service from Andy. Our HOA noticed us that our roof needed cleaning and Andy got it taken care of promptly and it looks like new...
After being rudely surprised by a very cold shower, I knew my seventeen-year-old hot water heater died. I called Andy. At 9:00 am he got his people on the job. At 12:03 pm, exactly three hours later, his people had gone to the warehouse for a new heater, come to my house and fully installed and tested my new hot water heater. Having had this type of problem before, I know the results and workmanship are the highest quality and beautiful.
We have been with Andy and East Coast Home Care for about ten years. We could not be happier with the service. It’s such a comfort to know reliable people are taking care of our home.
Andy has helped us set up a complete house while we have been out of country due to covid. It has been a huge comfort to know that he is checking in on our home. He has gone above and beyond to manage furniture deliveries, small renovations, and appointments with key service people. Andy is responsive, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend!
