I have been coming to East Coast Hair Studio for a few years and Alli has been blessing my curls with the most beautiful balayage. I booked an appointment via Instagram for 9 AM for a single process, glaze, and blowout, but when I arrived, the front desk insisted my appointment was at 1 PM with no explanation or apology. The receptionist acknowledged that she saw my Instagram messages confirming 9 AM, but all she did was state that I was put in the system for 1 PM. Such a fun and welcoming place. Meagan is an absolute gem and I always leave feeling great about my hair!
