Pros: Membership dues are low and no sign up fee. 24/7 access. Military first responder friendly. Gym members are a wide range and friendly. Plastic bottles of water for a buck in the fridge. Cons: AC NOT WORKING in main gym temps at 81. Fans are intermittent. AC installation taking months. No water fountain to fill bottles. Very dirty. I was doing push ups and sucked up nasty from the ground while warming up. Weights are sticky with old grime. Moved my workouts to momentum much happier.

Great gym. Was in for a week trip and couldn't have been easier to sign up and immediately be given 24/7 access through and app. All done online. The ease was awesome. On top of the access the gym is definitely old school in the best way possible. Has everything you need and was never overcrowded. Need more gyms like this.

I come down to palm coast a couple times a year to vacation. I just saw this gym the last time I went and it was great. Cheapest week pass in the area and the gym is 24/7. Easily the best gym in the area in my opinion, especially if you’re there for a short amount of time. The app was a little annoying to figure out how to use at first but other than that I had a great experience. Definitely will be coming back next time I come down.
