Great gym. Was in for a week trip and couldn't have been easier to sign up and immediately be given 24/7 access through and app. All done online. The ease was awesome. On top of the access the gym is definitely old school in the best way possible. Has everything you need and was never overcrowded. Need more gyms like this.

I come down to palm coast a couple times a year to vacation. I just saw this gym the last time I went and it was great. Cheapest week pass in the area and the gym is 24/7. Easily the best gym in the area in my opinion, especially if you’re there for a short amount of time. The app was a little annoying to figure out how to use at first but other than that I had a great experience. Definitely will be coming back next time I come down.

Cool gym, I’m not sure I gravitated to that gym. RVing and I found this awesome functional gym where everything you need to be whatever you want is in that gym. I had a great leg day TY ECG
