The East Coast Grill is a great mix of oysters, craft beer, great BBQ and local atmosphere. The portions will not disappoint. BigD
The food is great. I highly recommend a reservation, we walk in off the street on a Saturday night. We were told the wait would be at least an hour. We managed to get seats at the bar and had a wonderful dinner. Laura & Jimmy were the best. We will be back next time in the area, but we will make a reservation. The mussels are some of the best I have had anyplace. Must order the garlic bread with them.

As a avid customer since it's opening in 1985, I'm saddened to report that I will not return. On a recent visit the ribs were tough, fatty and over-sauced while the brisket was dry and tough as well. The combo plate looked like a mess. I guess Chris' departure has brought about a lesser level of 'cue.
