Another exceptional company! I was looking granite and was recommended by Eric with Precise Plumbing. First thing I like the fact you are opened on Saturdays. I work a normal 8-5 job so making it during the week is hard. I was there when they opened on a Saturday. I spoke to Jacob and Dmitri. The team at East Coast Granite is amazing. Jacob and Tender provided excellent selection & service options, There was excellent communication about scheduling measurements and delivery. When our quartz countertops were delivered and we discovered a error (an extra cut had been made by mistake) Tender immediately was willing to take the mistake back and correct it. We installed granite in our kitchen recently. My contact was Jacob and he made the project run extremely smooth. First, I need to say, this was a complicated design in our opinion....not just an island piece. Several angles for a "U" shaped kitchen. From the sales, to the professional that took measurements onsite to the installers. Absolutely recommend this place. Tender went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. She knows her stuff! Being able to discuss the layout of our kitchen granite with the designer, and even seeing it on a big screen was so assuring. The installers were knowledgeable, professional, they cared about making it perfect, and were truly enjoyable to visit with. I hit every granite company in town and am so pleased to have picked East Coast..wouldn’t change a thing!
Very happy with our new countertops. I would definitely recommend East Coast to a friend or anyone. Tender was great in the office and the installers were equally as good. Very timely and professional on all accounts!
