Worst company I have ever done business with. Chose granite and couple weeks later they called to let me know they would install the next day. However, template had not been drawn. Waited for that to be scheduled and nothing ever happened. Several phone calls later, I reached someone where I could leave a message. They were to call me back. Never did. I had my kitchen island, around my cabinets, backsplash done with ECG. I Love my kitchen. My experience with Andrea was the best. She helped me choose my quartz and backsplash. I could not have been more pleased. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would call or text Andrea and she would always respond within 10 minutes. I could not have had a more pleasant experience. I would rate her 5 star!!! I will call on Andrea and ECG for my next project.

Daryna Adams at ECG was my point of contact for getting our kitchen granite done. It was a bartop and organizer top job. We were able to go to their yard and pick out remnant pieces that worked perfectly for our needs. Once we decided to pull the trigger, it was 5 business days and done. Using remnants saved us a lot of money!! Daryna and the entire team were a dream to work with. We have future remodel projects that we will definitely have them install for us. Todd at East Coast Granite Charleston made my new quartz island top project a breeze. I'm pretty particular when I take on a project but he worked with me every step of the way-from arranging for me to visually see my quartz options to showing me how the quartz top would look after fabrication. Fabrication was done quickly and installation was accomplished without a hitch. I would use ECG for any additional projects coming up in the future!

Had a great experience at East Coast Granite and Tile from the initial sale through installation and sealing. Every company's going to have some negative reviews but I found everyone at East Coast responsive and most concerned that I was happy with their work. We did our kitchen, pass-through countertop and our master bath vanity top. Their granite selection was better than anyone I visited and to be able to work with the template specialist and fabricator was a delight. The thought of replacing countertops was daunting enough but to see the professionals at East Coast Granite make it look so easy was so reassuring. Every person involved, from sales to installation was extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. Their great work makes our kitchen look totally beautiful. So very, very glad we selected East Coat Granite over other competitors we considered.
