Extremely disappointed with customer service!!! Great assortment, perfect installation. However, we found an unfinished/unpolished spot on the countertop near the sink, so we called the Jacksonville location where we ordered the countertop and found out that we had missed the three-day window to call. So sad that after good impressions at the beginning, we end up like that.
