Kitchen and bathroom projects are scary. The staff at East Coast Granite made my experience an easy one throughout the process. I valued their input when I found it difficult to make decisions. Thank you Chris, Monique, Vitalyi, Christian, Christian Jr, Tim, Anthony and Daniel for making my project a successful one. The granite is stunning in all areas! The kitchen transformation is amazing!!
Tried to drive me off the road on interstate. Indicates bad customer service.
I can NOT recommend them...their policies are not good. The laborers do good work (farmed out ?) The granite is nice but again their policies are horrible. I did NOT get all the square FEET I paid for but they sure as heck nickel and dimed us for every square INCH...sales persons very uncooperative And unreachable ... absolutely would NOT use again NOR would I refer them. The pricing was no great bargain either
