Service and repairs used to be fantastic, they seem to have lost the ability to listen to the customer.
Really disappointing experience. From the start they have provided misleading and contradictory information. They quoted $20,000 for a residential driveway gate and have been really difficult to deal with. The plans keep changing despite numerous site visits. Very poor communication and I would not recommend.
Not a great experience so far. Mike wheeler from sales has been quite difficult to deal with, providing contradictory advice along the way and making everything a hassle for an expensive $20000 residential gate install. Really having second thoughts. Have asked for a manager to sort the issues out. Disappointing.
