Do not recommend East Coast Flooring through Lowe’s. Did a poor job on install and have to chase them to fix their poor work. Suck at communicating and suck at installing vinyl. Then, had the audacity to text me and tell me to review them above an 8/10 because they get in trouble with Lowe’s for having anything less than that. Save yourself the time, energy and money and go anywhere else. You could even do it yourself and probably get better results.
Dishonest company. They need to make it right. Punctured a pipe creating thousands in damages and refusing to take responsibility. This is not a place I would expect quality work from. If you’re into liars and thieves, hire them Edit after reply; Me writing a review is not me “reaching out”. It’s a review. Simple. Reviews have not been taken seriously. They know exactly what they did and them and Lowe’s are refusing to take responsibility for a mistake that cost thousands of dollars in repair. Make it right!
WARNING to anyone considering going through Lowes or EastCoastFlooring for anything. DONT! We had flooring installed through them and they damaged a water pipe causing around $9000 of damage and theyre REFUSING to pay for repairs. When they were nailing a trim board back under our door they put a nail through a basebard water heater pipe. They then EDITED and CROPPED photos to send to their insurance company so they wouldnt have to pay for repairs. This water leak caused MOLD in our home and they're blaming us. I scheduled a whole house carpet measure from Lowes. Their availability was two weeks out with a 4 hour window. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this. The day of I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they confirmed the appointment was on within the 4 hour window. Shortly thereafter, the technician called and said he was delayed and had to reschedule.
