I scheduled a whole house carpet measure from Lowes. Their availability was two weeks out with a 4 hour window. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this. The day of I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they confirmed the appointment was on within the 4 hour window. Shortly thereafter, the technician called and said he was delayed and had to reschedule. This company is the worst. I have an installation scheduled and purchase with Lowe’s. They have canceled my install the day before twice on me. After having all my things moved. I had them install carpet before and I had to request different installers because there work Is horrible.
Had the pleasure of having Wladimir and friend install 3 rooms and 2 staircases of carpet for me today. The guys were great, on time, install went smoothly and turned out beautiful, even the curves on my stairs were no issue for him. So glad he showed up based on all the great reviews I read about him! Roy H and Artie came to my home to install a storm door that I purchased through Lowe’s. It was an excellent experience! They came early and even finished early. They completed the installation quickly and efficiently! They made sure to show me how to operate the door and to go through everything with me afterwards. They even cleaned the door for me! I recommend this company for any installation or work. They are very good at what they do!!
