I went into my latest float feeling exhausted and expected to feel ready for bed afterwards. Instead, I felt totally energized after a session. What a great relief from the week I'd had before! I highly recommend East Coast Float Spa for anyone looking for a higher level of relaxation or just needing to spend a hour or so completely escaping from a tough situation.

The whole floating experience is very new to me and East Coast Float Spa has been an out of this world experience when compared to the other float spas that I have been to in the recent past. I highly recommend both this location as well as their westchester location. The staff has been very friendly here and I will absolutely be returning to float on a regular basis.

If you have never done a float before, grab a Groupon and try it. It is not what you expect. It is a large area, warm and very clean. You will come out more relaxed than you thought possible. The massage chairs are fantastic. Just do it for yourself!

I'd love to recommend, but, first thing, you can call for days and leave a message to schedule an appointment and they won't call back. Second, when you can't get them on the phone, they take extremely too long to come to the front desk. Third, their Groupon wasn't set up properly and caused confusion. Get a call service and/or hire an extra staff member. Annoying.

I've floated a few times at another facility that uses pods. East Coast has float rooms + there is no comparison between the two. The pods are claustrophobic + I was never entirely able to relax. The experience in the float room was far superior + it was much easier to unwind + relax. The faculty is beautiful, the staff is well educated + can answer any questions you have. Didn't use the oxygen bar or zero gravity chairs yet, but I plan to very soon! Love this place!
