This company is a scam. They barely kept the lights on for our condominium building, and then they disappeared on us. We changed management companies and they refused to transfer our funds over. Time and time again Eddie and East Coast Enterprises has committed fraud and theft.

My condo building in DC has been contracted with ECM for the past 15 years and service has increasingly gone downhill in quality. We are constantly having to call ECM to inquire about regularly scheduled building maintenance (cleaning, landscaping, trash removal, painting) which is all budgeted for and paid through our collective HOA fees. Most recently (2022), every owner had liens placed against their properties as ECM neglected to pay the water bill.
