Took twice as long and cost twice as much as they said it would. Said they would communicate engineering options and didn't. I had to bring ideas to them on how to do it better and cheaper, and then they made me pay for them to renegineer it with options they should have presented to me in the first place. They miss interpreted county specs and designed the system wrong. Wrongly sized check valves and pumps. Cost me tens of thousands of dollars to replace equipment and fix it.
