Oh my goodness! So happy with my appointment today with Autumn. My previous technician went on maternity leave so I had to find someone new. The process with Autumn barely hurt at all whereas, with my last technician, it was EXTREMELY painful. I didn't know any better so just thought that it was supposed to be that painful. My experience here was great! I was not sure what to expect since I’ve never been anywhere for any kind of hair removal service but I am glad I decided to see Autumn out from all the places I googled. I got service for my under arms and it took about 45 minutes which went by super quick because of how comfy I felt. It did not hurt at all. I definitely plan on going back for other areas of my body.
Autumn was very kind and professional and explained each step of the electrolysis process in detail! She was very efficient and able to treat a large area within the alloted treatment time. I am excited to see how my results progress as I continue on my treatment plan with her!!
Autumn clearly explains the electrolysis process and the levels of intensity, mostly feeling as if a hair is being plucked. Stepping inside the calming space, I felt at ease and relaxed and was delighted by the refreshing, fragrance-free air and lovely design elements. Smooth, hair-free skin was the best reward after her efficient and expert treatment. Thank you Autumn!
I had my first appointment with Autumn today, and I have to say, she was so gentle compared to my last experience somewhere else. She's also very professional and kind. I can't wait to see the results down the road!
