Oh my goodness! So happy with my appointment today with Autumn. My previous technician went on maternity leave so I had to find someone new. The process with Autumn barely hurt at all whereas, with my last technician, it was EXTREMELY painful. I didn't know any better so just thought that it was supposed to be that painful. Well, apparently, it shouldn't be that painful. Autumn was lovely and explained everything in a way I could understand. Very happy with my appointment today. Autumn was very kind and professional and explained each step of the electrolysis process in detail! She was very efficient and able to treat a large area within the alloted treatment time. I am excited to see how my results progress as I continue on my treatment plan with her!!
