I have had several appointments with both April and Autumn and I can honestly say that both are extremely professional and know what they are doing. I have been treated by many Electrologists over the years and I compare skillsets when I seek out someone new. I had my first session with Autumn today, and she was an absolute breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, including how long it might take, where I might encounter roadblocks, and how those would be addressed. I had my first appointment with Autumn today. Autumn is super professional in demeanor yet entering the office felt like being welcomed by a good friend. Her information was helpful. She put me at ease and did not waste time dilly dallying. We chatted comfortably and she explained what she was doing and talked about updated procedures. Checkout is easy.
