We drove just over 2hrs to go to Hervey Bay and look for patio tiles. East Coast Discount was the 1st shop we looked at. We couldn't be happier with the customer service and advice. Forgetting that a tile we chose would have to be ordered in, the team went out of their way to find us a solution to get what we needed today. Such a good experience, thank you.

Stacey and Lyn on the phone were absolute gems. Extremely kind, patient and helped me so much. They organised cheaper tiles for me that were a clearance price instead of pushing expensive ones onto me (which would have been so easy to do since I did everything over the phone). They then organised a tiler to start within 3 days! And the finished product is excellent. Cannot fault my experience with this company
