We were stranded on 64 west with the air brakes locked on the RV. Called Coach Net and they sent the company to our location. Chase, mechanic, called to understand exactly what was Wrong with the RV. Bless his heart , he was able to get us in the road with a temporary fix til we can get home. He told us what he was doing step by step. Told us our options. I had a major truck job & East Coast Diesel took the challenge to get my truck back running correctly. To make sure it was done correctly, the Owner of the company came to GA from the main shop in NC & brought 2 if his major job techs with him. He made sure everything was fixed properly with no leaks before he released it. Also the owner will attempt to work with you because he understands how issues can happen at the worst times.
