I had been told how great Credit Unions can be. I regret opening this account. It has nothing but problems and rude attitudes from staff since day one. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.
A big shout out to Cathy in customer service. After a dilemma with direct deposit, she called me back twice. In this time, she reached out to several members of her team on my behalf to find a solution. In the end, the problem was solved because Cathy went the extra mile for the guy on the other end of the phone. Much appreciated.
