1-Star Review – Unprofessional and Poor Communication On March 11, 2026, we met with Sean to obtain an estimate for a small in-law suite addition and some carpentry repairs. We didn't end up utilizing Eastcoast Construction only because we have a very small bathroom that needed to be remodeled due to some old plumbing that needed to be replaced. We met with East Coast Construction SD at our home in March 2026 to discuss converting our garage. At the conclusion of the meeting, we were told we would receive an estimate. Since then, we have made several attempts to follow up through emails and phone calls. On one occasion, we called the CEO, who had personally conducted the consultation. 3 June 2026: Over a year since project completion and experienced a chimney leak during torrential rain that flooded living room (note: chimney was NOT part of their project with our house). East Coast responded to help in under 1 hour, helped mitigate the water in the house, temporarily sealed the chimney and called experts to take more permanent fixes just like it was their own home impacted.
