Lacy was very helpful to me when it came to helping me fix my issues with my computer. He was very knowledgable and I would recommend this shop to any person needing help with their computer issues.
After reading all the reviews on East Coast Computers I decided to give them try. My laptop had numerous issues starting with not booting up as a result of an overheating issue from an improperly repaired (totally disconnected cooling fan). Lacy explained all the problems thoroughly and with great detail (cooling fan, mother board, doubled the RAM, corrupted windows 10). Recommendedmy first experience with East Coast computers. I had a laptop for work that suddenly was giving me problems and it’s a critical machine. East Coast did a fantastic job of getting the machine running and making it run better than it ever has before. Very very nice people and great service

Windows 10 was doing an update on my computer. When I re-booted the computer, all I got was a black screen. I brought it in to Lacy at East Coast Computers and he performed his magic and got everything back. Very happy.
