After reading all the reviews on East Coast Computers I decided to give them try. My laptop had numerous issues starting with not booting up as a result of an overheating issue from an improperly repaired (totally disconnected cooling fan). Lacy explained all the problems thoroughly and with great detail (cooling fan, mother board, doubled the RAM, corrupted windows 10).
