RecommendedI took my minivan to East Coast Collision after it was hit by another car and I ran into a pillar in a parking garage on the same day! The staff there was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and friendly and did a fantastic job with my repair. The van looked as good as new when I picked it up. I would definitely recommend East Coast Collision!
Got my car back and there was a new ding in the door and the alignment was worse than before. They said they would have to call my insurance company to see if they would cover the paint chip even though it wasn’t there when I brought the car in. Now two weeks later no one has called me back, and I am unhappy with the repair because I feel I could’ve gotten better work done elsewhere. Professional and very trustworthy on getting job done right!!
Someone hit the side of my car, and I took it to East Collision. My car is silver, can silver can be hard to match. They matched it and did an excellent job on the repair. Car looks brand new. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
I took my car here after I was severely rear ended by a woman texting instead of watching the road. Very professional, updated me throughout the process and seems quite knowledgeable about everything. My car was completed quickly and looks GREAT. Extremely happy with the service and the results. East Coast Collision brought my old car back to life from a number of issues including (but definitely not limited to): pothole damage, a hackjob by another "shop", and damage from hitting a deer. The best quality work I've had done to my vehicle, while also being the most affordable. Hard to find that in the automotive repair industry.
Excellent service by East Coast Collision! I had a bumper that needed a quick repair and the staff went out of the way to get it done within the time constraint I had set. Even within those time constraints, they did a great job with the paint job and finishing. I was in a fender bender that needed more repair then I thought. I received a referral to contact East Coast Collision, mind you I am a female that knows 0 about cars. I met with Rafi and he not only wrote up an estimate for me, he explained everything that needed to happen in order to fix my car.
