We were so pleased with the service we received from East Coast! Had a problem with our A/C unit, called in and they sent out a technician on the same day!!! Friendly, personable, helpful staff...from the boss down...and not at all "pushy"! The choices available. We opted for the Travel Lite Falcon 19BH couple of months ago and absolutely love it.
Awesome business! We just recently purchased our new RV from them. Everyone associated with ECC is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you like family. We never felt pressured and I feel ECC (Mike and staff) went out of their way to accommodate us and have our new trailer set up and ready to go before Memorial Day weekend. Thank you ECC for everything! We're enjoying our new trailer in Bayshore Campground.
