My Co worker referred me to these guys and I am very pleased that I went to them first. I recently bought my Honda Odyssey at a great price with very affordable payments. My wife and I were searching for quite a while and got a great deal on our van. The staff is very professional friendly and cool and they made the entire experience very easy and stress free. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be referring as many people as possible to these guys.
This place is awful never purchase a vehicle there, they buy these used cars at auctions and then pay someone to pass them for inspection, my sister bought a car there in july 2015,she had issues from the get go, she finally took it to a reputable inspection station by request of her lawyer, there was so much wrong with it, there is no way this car should have passed, and they refuse to own up to their screw up and lies, I think WBAL on your side needs to hear about this, these people need to be out of business, they took ad... read more
I'm ready for this review. After months of EXTENSIVE research/self investigation/speaking to attorneys; I now have A LOT of insight into the 'USED CAR' buying and about this particular dealership. I recently purchased my Daughters first car from these guys and we have been very pleased with the entire experience. Great staff, great atmosphere and very excellent professional service. These guys are AWESOME!!!! I've been shopping around on autotrader online. East Coast beat everyone's price within reasonable distance. HAPPY about the Honda I purchased being almost $2000 under retail value! The same vehicle down the street off north point I would've been upside down in. Do not ever ever go buy a car at EASTCOAST AUTO SALES!!!!! When you are dealing with them just know that most of everything they are saying is a lie any one of them that work there. I didnt even get home b4 the 1st problem i had with my car and they never fixed it and stop answering my phone calls and never returned them
