This was the worst experience I had in purchasing a car. I found this dealership by an ad and went down to look at a 2012 Bentley. I loved the car and made a deal. They were going to detail the car. When I went back a few days later to pick up the car I found that they split the double pane on the drivers side. it was an eyesore as the picture below explains.
