Had a bad experience with East Coast Auto Glass. Needed windshield replacement and eyesight calibration. They told it will be taken care of. But they put the claim only for a glass replacement. They didn't include eyesight calibration. Very unprofessional. Not competent. They told us to pay out-of-pocket and then deal with insurance yourself. Dealer charge $800 for calibration. Mario and Randi caused a lot of stress for us.

I called in need of help with my sunroof. He could of just said yes come in and charged me but he told me about my sunroof company recall and directed me to call them first! Very honest business. I appreciate that.
