Everyone is very pleasant. Dr. Michael Tajmir shows compassion for your pet.
I needed a new vet for my fur family. Two friends recommended East Coast. It is very apparent all staff love animals. I know there are wellness packages you can subscribe too, although these were never brought to our attention or discussed. Maybe they are for new (as in young) animals only, mine are all senior pets. The level of care is excellent. They do have a couple of evenings they are open a bit later, nice for people that work until 5 pm. I do sometimes feel pressured to do as they recommend for a pet. My pets are like children to me. I take a lot of time and care selecting a vet to take them. I trust East Coast 100%. I don't have to worry dropping them off because I know they will be safe. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
Great experience, after finding out my Vet was closed for an extended Christmas weekend East Coast gladly took my dog Miley in for follow up care after leaving St. Augustine emergency clinic. Thank you Dr. Michael Tajmir and staff! Thanks, Newton
Our sweet boy Guinness was suffering from belly pain and unfortunately his vet was already closed. I started searching and found east coast was still open. I called explained the situation and they were more than willing to help him. Dr Tajmir and his staff went above and beyond for Guinness. We will forever be grateful for them.
