On time, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I maintain a yearly service contract and get 2 free cleanings a year. Gaston, the service tech, did the full 21 point inspection. Which includes a full cleaning and inspection of the Air Handler in my unit, as well as the Condenser inspection and cleaning.
