Aden was extremely professional and took care of business in a timely manner. He knocked out the job and was a polite dude.
You sent somebody so young they didn't have any experience. once he arrived he had to call somebody to walk him through the steps to check the hot water heater. after 15 or 20 minutes he said my problem was in my pipes. In my pipes? then he put a supervisor on the phone and that guy continue to talk and talk and talk and basically said the issue was probably, probably in my shower head or faucet. The issue was never resolved and they charged me $185. needless to say I won't be using them again. Terrible experience
Scott and his team were incredibly accommodating with fair pricing on short notice after another contractor quoted an outrageous fee to replace the ECM motor on my condenser. Thank you East Coast Air.
