This review is for one specific maintenance visit. Prior to this, I had a very good experience with the company. The tech this time was not as diligent and caring as the previous one. When he was about to leave the condensing pump blew up. When he opened the cabinet, I saw the water in the pan, and the pump sitting in it. The tech tried to tell me that "it was time for the pump to die".
