My elderly mom had a leak and her bill was 1209 and they refused to let her know about the leak as well as wouldn't work with her on the bill. They were extremely rude
Company shut off water for an entire day due to them working on a line. We were given less than 24 hour notice. We also had to be on a boil water advisory for 4 days. The water used to drink, even through a filter, isn't drinkable compared to other Winchester water companies in town. When you try and get a hold of them there is no answer and if you email it says your email is invalid.
