Ordered 2 soups like always but this time both soups weren't full, I call back and May and Joe are reluctant to fix my order I ask for the manager and or owner they start to gate keep the names and or when they will be in. Puts me on hold for 17 min while on hold I call from my business phone Joe answered like he's going to take a phone order, Finally offered to replace a soup with a small order but accuses me of removing soup from the containers. First time trying East China Inn and it was amazing. The service and food was fresh, authentic, nicely presented. Best Chinese food I’ve had in a LONG time and that says a lot because it’s one of my favorite cuisines.
