The food is well priced for the portion sizes. Service was good for the most part; pretty attentive. The ambiance was pretty mediocre, very family friendly.
The quality of the food has gone down and there prices keep going up. This was my third and last time ordering from here, I figured other two times might be off days. I have been going here for years and something has changed. The beef in the Beef Low Mein was so fatty and grizzly you couldn’t eat it, the chicken in the Emperors Chicken was fatty but edible. Ordered 2 soups like always but this time both soups weren't full, I call back and May and Joe are reluctant to fix my order I ask for the manager and or owner they start to gate keep the names and or when they will be in. Puts me on hold for 17 min while on hold I call from my business phone Joe answered like he's going to take a phone order, Finally offered to replace a soup with a small order but accuses me of removing soup from the containers. First time trying East China Inn and it was amazing. The service and food was fresh, authentic, nicely presented. Best Chinese food I’ve had in a LONG time and that says a lot because it’s one of my favorite cuisines.
