We ordered and they called back saying our card didn't go through. i gave them number again, another call back, returned call she said no looked alright. Call back because its about an hr since initial order guy said driver on way. 20 min. later no food and they give me to manager, he says I canceled my order, no sorry there was a misunderstanding nothing. Think I'll take my business elsewhere.
I ordered for delivery online for sweet and sour chicken. But instead they gave me sesame chicken.

I received a $50 gift certificate through a silent auction through my job. I called and confirmed how to use the certificate same day on 2/1- pick up and delivery is available and I didn't have to use the whole certificate at once. Now, I call today and it's now pick up only. I explained that wasn't what I was told and my car is getting fixed so I have no way there. They stated that this has always been their policy. The food is always really good and the prices are reasonable also. I usually order extra for leftovers next day meal. Fast carry out service even on a busy night.
Stopped in for lunch. Haven’t been to the new location since they moved across the street years ago. Still as awesome as I remember
cooked fresh, always friendly, big portions and very tasty.
Ordered a large meal and was charged 40$ for 3 chicken teriyaki meals when I ordered 3 orders of chicken on the stick. After contacting them about getting the wrong meal they claimed to refund me the difference ($20) and bring me what I actually ordered. After an hour of waiting I called back and they said they weren’t bringing it and that they weren’t going to refund me the other 20$.
