Best Veterinarian and staff! I won't take my dogs to any other vet. Love that Dr. Rob and the staff spends quality time explaining the treatment and always follows up with phone calls checking on my furbabies. They truly enjoy their jobs and it shows. Yesterday was my first time to ECVC. My sweet one year old cat had a hernia (I thought it was a tumor)show up all of sudden yesterday morning. He needed surgery so he stayed the night at the clinic and had surgery today. Dr. Rob called once he was out of surgery to let me know how it went. The whole staff was super friendly and great. If i wasn’t moving back to Alabama next weekend I’d definitely be taking both my cats there!

East Cherokee Vet is the best Vetenarian we’ve ever taken our Animals to and we’ve seen a lot of different vets in the 20 years living in this area of town. They really care about the Animals in addition to the families that bring them there. Dr. Rob is a very outstanding Vet!
I had heard great things and decided to take my dog here. She had a very large lipoma that needed to be removed. Everyone at the clinic has been amazing. Surgery went well. They’ve called several times to check on her to see how she was doing. When I called with a question, Dr Rob talked to me directly. Very friendly and welcoming environment and staff. Hickory Flat is lucky to have ECVC serving our community!
Had a wonderful first experience there! The office is clean, doctor and tech are very knowledgeable and friendly! Nice office staff! Genuinely cared about our pet!
