Shady business practices, plenty of other storage places to choose from
It's a bad business practice to sell a unit and then sell it to another person while the first person is on the way to get it. Buyer beware, don't trust this place.
She wouldn't even call me to save me a 70 mile round trip, not very good business people. To many other places to do business with, Anywhere else is better than this place. Front office had no clue how to do there job. Still waiting for my deposit back. Save money and go somewhere else.
We've used East Cherokee Storage a couple of times before when moving, and doing projects. We now have a long term storage need, and again East Cherokee Storage was both best in price, and best to deal with. It's nice to have a location staffed by a local human that actually understands their business.
