This apartment complex is ran by the worst management out there! They are rude, talk behind everyone's back. It has been this way for over 15 years when I was there. I still hear complaints about these idiots! STAY CLEAR- IT WILL BE THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO!
To sum it up, very old apartments with wide spread mold and leakage problems. Not worth the money, only the convenience of location demands some value. To top it all, you have to deal with very non-cooperative, arrogant and hostile management. If you get a decent apartment with no major maintenance problems (mold and leakages in particular), which is highly unlikely (I have heard of problems even in their renovated apartments) and if you do not have to deal with the management, then you are very lucky and you should be fine.... read more
The worst experience i have had by far the staff is unwilling to help with any issue at all and is very rude. Applying is very simple other than the fact you have to pay almost $1,000 in application fees and deposit. I WOULD NOT!!! RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE TO LIVE HERE AT ALL STAFF IS TERRIBLE AND RUDE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ALMOST FORCE YOU TO LEAVE JUST BY THERE DEMEANOR
comparable prices with other apartments around. great staff. old interiors of apartments, could use a revamp. great pools and grounds. we live in a one bedroom with one pet and pay 700 monthly plus utilities and cable. but we love the pool and tennis court when it is warm, not to mention the fitness center with 2 new treadmills.
