Bought several cars from this location never had an issue. Bought my 6th vehicle from them and am so disappointed in how I was treated as a returning customer this is the first time I felt like just a sales number and not like a customer. Be sure to triple check the finance paperwork to ensure no creative shifting of numbers occurs as they will do what is in their best interest to get the deal funded and you are left being just another one of their numbers.
Stay away from East Charlotte Nissan. The sales department is unprofessional. The finance department puts hidden charges that you didnt agree to in your final paoerworfand the are thieves and crooks. I will never do business with them agaiin. I will also steer all friends and family away from this disgraceful business operation. BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL S**** YOU OVER WITH THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES!**********
Please If you purchase here pay attention First, the sales man ***** the best salesman I've dealt with in years. Ask for him, he listens, and actually pays attention. Dreadful turned Pleasant My sixth car purchase and my 4th Nissan Altima! So, I can comfortably say I have been through the wringer with car purchases. Worst Experience EVER! The buying experience was less than satisfactory, including the dealershipâs neglect to submit my information to the insurance company to cover my new vehicle. Fortunately, I realized the absence in coverage and took care of this myself. However, the disappointing sales experience is minor in comparison to the service I have received in the 3 months since buying the vehicle. East Charlotte Nissan is not bad! East Charlotte Nissan is a very inviting dealership. Even though we spent 6 hours picking out and buying our new vehicle, it's worth it! They always take the time to listen to any issues I have with the vehicle and make sure the repairs are made promptly. East Charlotte Nissan is so so While the car buying experience went well and they were quick to fix a flat tire...they messed up the paper work for our loan...twice! They did fix it, but if it hadn't been for me calling over and over again they would not have fixed it in time for our first payment.
Great Dealership!! I worked at this dealership several years ago, and loved the honesty of the people. Bought a car from them last year and was pleasantly surprised that the experience was just as pleasant as a consumer.... they are upfront, work quickly, and got me a GREAT price for my car!!
I am very disappointed. I called the services department on Monday or Tuesday and left a message, as I was directed to do, and here it is Thursday, and I haven't gotten a return call yet. I am sadden by this because this is where I purchased my vehicle. If I am not mistaken, the voiceover told me that I would be contacted within 24 hours. It's been 48/72 and I haven't heard from anyone. Shame on you East Nissan! Don't worry about it...I will take my business elsewhere.
