Had holding tank pumped before we bought our house and wasn't aware needed to be client
We’ve used east central to empty our holding tank for years, the woman who handles the phone calls and billing is the rudest woman I’ve ever talked to on the phone…when I called to get pumped like I normally do she tried to tell me me that I missed the payment for the last pumping, and they refused to pump us again until we “settled up”. I 100% knew we didn’t miss a payment because the same lady said we missed payment 6 months ago. Amy and Jason frequent our restaurant and they are two of the nicest customers we have. Our employees are genuinely excited to see them every time they come in. If they treat customer service people this way when they are out and about I can't imagine how amazing they are to their customers. Would recommend purely based off the type of people they seem to be.
