Received adequate care at St. Lukes ER, but their billing department, or what I'm guessing is an outsourced firm, which was the lowest bidder, is simply awful. We had a bill turned over to collection, despite the pesky fact that we paid it and have our bank records showing they were paid and deposited our check. Getting this straight is proving to be nearly impossible. I sent them a copy of the check and they said they would get back with me in 24-72 hours. Nope!
