This company did work for our condo community. Several years back we had balconies built from scratch. They cost our community $1600 each to build out. Fast forward. New board. New board member brings in these guys. Now we're getting invoices for "repairs" ranging from $1700 - $2300. Fast forward again. Suspecting they're paying too much, a new board comes in and has another licensed roofer evaluate the work that this company did.
