Went in for my last check up, and got a shot. Well it got infected due to wrong placement and not cleaning the area properly. So be careful who you let give you a shot and make sure they clean the area properly. because I ended up in urgent care with a horrible infected arm. From above my shoulder has now spread down past my elbow. It is so refreshing to visit a doctor and not feel like I constantly have to overly advocate for my own care. I met with Kathryn Johnston, and she truly listened to all of my concerns. Before I even left her office, she already had a clear, well-thought-out plan in place. Throughout the entire appointment, I felt comfortable, safe, and genuinely heard. I cannot recommend her enough!
