I tried calling East Carolina Property Management Co several times regarding a rental opportunity. I left multiple messages, but no one ever returned my calls. It was very disappointing, especially since I was reaching out as a prospective customer interested in doing business with them. I would have expected a much more responsive and customer-focused experience.
Application for the particular apartment I was interested in was hard to navigate. Also, your income must be 3x as much as the rental in order to qualify.
Been renting there for 10+ years. Never had a bad experience. Fast to respond to tickets, friendly, and very reasonable. No complaints at all.
This property management company is a huge scam!! My apartment that I rented was ROACH INFESTED!! When told about it they said they don’t pay for pest control. They lied to me about the area and my neighbors were drug dealing thugs who hung out in my laundry room all day!! I Hated it there and wanted to break my lease but I didn’t want to mess up my credit, therefore paid every month for 5 months without living there.
