I owe the greatest thanks to Ms. Donna Gearheart for having faith in me and giving me a chance to rent, even with my one-time eviction, and I will never forget that. As a prior tenant I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at ECPM but most importantly Mrs. LaQuandra Hudnell for their exemplary customer service throughout my rental contract with ECPM. In the 5 years I rented form ECPM, I regularly encountered Mrs. Hudnell when I needed to contact ECPM for matters either with my apartment or the neighborhood.
