This property management company is a huge scam!! My apartment that I rented was ROACH INFESTED!! When told about it they said they don’t pay for pest control. They lied to me about the area and my neighbors were drug dealing thugs who hung out in my laundry room all day!! I Hated it there and wanted to break my lease but I didn’t want to mess up my credit, therefore paid every month for 5 months without living there. I’ve had an amazing experience renting from this property management company. I owe the greatest thanks to Ms. Donna Gearheart for having faith in me and giving me a chance to rent, even with my one-time eviction, and I will never forget that. Also, whenever I needed any repairs done, there were no longer than hours to 24 hours of turnaround time. I definitely cannot forget Ms. Cynthia as well.
