I hired this company to care for my 88 year old Father and possibly my 87 year old Mother. During the vetting process they said they would be able to handle the requirements of our family's contract. So, I hired East Carolina Home Care. The first day they were supposed to have someone scheduled to work a shift no one showed up and they had no one scheduled.
