They fixed our van right the first time after numerous failed attempts by the previous shop! It was done sooner than expected and several hundred dollars under the estimate. Thank you again to the Service Dept for an awesome experience!
Abs module. Found "water" in it and the harnesses. "Water intrusion" was what I was told. Makes no sense. My jeep has not been submerged or had any water damage. I bought it brand new. 3 weeks later, same thing happened. My question is where is the water coming from? I think that should be their question too. I'm getting rid of it. Never want another one. No more hybrid jeeps for me. Very disappointed.
I bring all my vehicles here for service. Which then led to purchase of a new Ram truck. Customer service has always been excellent.
